History of George Chung Realtors
George S. Chung broker founded the company in September
of 1978. The company moved to its present location in Mar Vista
(LA 90066) on May 15, 1979. George Chung Realtors has opened an escrow
division in 1981 and currently has a full time escrow manager with a
deliberate low volume to insure a smooth closing. George Chung has opened a
mortgage corporation in 1984 and George Chung Realtors Mortgage Division
can obtain mortgages for buyers. George Chung Realtors has strong ties with
Vistamar Investment Corp. who has, through limited partnership, helped many
investors buy, fix and sell houses in the Mar Vista (LA 90066).
The company has set an aggressive marketing strategy
through open houses and direct solicitation concentrated in the Mar Vista
(LA 90066) and surrounding areas and grew rapidly during the real estate
recession in 1980 to 1983. In the 1990's the firm has been improving the
service provided to both buyers and sellers by concentrating in a much
smaller market area but delivering services that are far above their
competitors
George Chung Realtors is the
only real estate company in the Westside of Los Angeles that requires all
of the agents to be personally trained by the broker with over 28 years of
experience. The firms is also the only real estate company that has all of
its agents including the top producers volunteering to hold open house
every Sunday except 3 day holidays in the Mar Vista (LA 90066) and

radically different from any other real estate company or agent. George

addition, all agents door knock an average of over 1000 homes with the

other real estate company listings to help each other make extra sales,
