George Chung Realtors opened in 1978 with a small office at 3487 Beethoven Street.  The company now has over 30 agents and is located at 11671 National Blvd.  Throughout over three decades of service to the Westside community, our mission has always been to provide the best service to buyers and sellers alike.  

Since 1978, our company has grown to offer numerous real estate services.  George Chung Realtors opened an escrow division in 1981, and currently has a full time escrow manager to insure a smooth closing for every transaction.  We opened a mortgage corporation in 1984 in order to provide financial services to our clients, and continue to maintain strong ties with the Vistamar Investment Corporation, a limited partnership that has helped many investors find financing to buy, fix and re-sell homes in our community.  

George Chung Realtors is the only Westside real estate company that requires all agents to be personally trained by a broker with over 30 years of experience.  The company has set an aggressive marketing strategy that includes extensive open houses and direct mail solicitation to Mar Vista and the surrounding areas.  The company's strategy has long been to concentrate on a small geographic area, which enables us to provide a level of service and expertise far above our competitors.  The firm is also the only Westside real estate company that requires all agents to hold weekly open houses. In addition, all George Chung agents knock on an average of 1000 doors a year in order to gain exposure for our listings.
