To
those that have passed your California
real estate license exam:
Congratulations
on passing the real estate exam. You have completed a time consuming and
tedious task. As hard as it was to study and pass the exam, the next
decision you make is more critical than most of the decisions you have made
so far.
Your
selection of a real estate company is a serious matter. It seems everyone
is telling you how good you can be in real estate if only you would join
his or her firm. Does it sound like an army recruiter? They promise you
training, a desk, a telephone, an email, voice mail, and leads. You know
what I think they all lack, the sincerity and integrity to follow through
on what they promise you.
Have you heard the expression, “If you want a guarantee, go
buy a toaster!”? Well, I have the toaster for you in real estate.
I
don’t believe a promise should be made unless the person can keep it. So I
will try to keep this one short and precisely to the point.

listing leads that he will use to train you
·
The broker of the firm will provide a marketing
system that has made money in the worst of real estate times
I
hope you can understand that I don’t want everyone. I want a few good men
and women who have staked out real estate as their career and are willing
to do whatever it takes to succeed. If you are such a person, it may be in
our mutual interest to call me for a confidential appointment or fax your
resume to me at your convenience.
